Better Metal Roofs provides professional roofing services including, but not limited to, standing seam metal roof installation, heated roof systems, ice-dam retrofits, and general maintenance. All services are performed by our reliable crew based in Ware, MA.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Any quote generated via our website is an estimate based on information provided by the user. Final pricing is subject to on-site inspection and a formal written agreement. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if property conditions differ from the initial request.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the job site during our operating hours of 9 AM - 6 PM. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary permits required by local Ware, MA authorities are discussed and managed prior to installation.
4. Liability & Warranty
With over 20 years in the industry, we stand by our expert installation. Our metal roofs are designed for longevity and resistance to wind and snow. Specific warranty details regarding materials and labor will be provided in your individual service contract.
